Debtora Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Debtora: Debt Payoff Planner ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The service
Debtora is a calculator and planner. You enter your debts, and it estimates a payoff schedule, a debt-free date and the interest. Debtora is not a bank, lender, broker, or debt-settlement or counseling service. It does not connect to financial accounts, does not move money and does not lend money or arrange credit.
2. Estimates, not advice
The results are estimates calculated from the numbers you enter. Real balances, interest, fees and rules of your creditors may differ (for example daily interest, rounding, fees or changed rates). Debtora does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Check your actual figures with your creditors and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Free use and advertising
The app is free, with no subscription or paid features. It shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob.
4. Reminders and widgets
Notifications and widget updates depend on iOS and your device settings (Focus modes, battery, notification permission) and may be delayed or not delivered. A missed reminder does not change what you owe. Always pay your debts on time according to your own agreements.
5. Your data and backups
Everything you enter stays on your device and remains yours. We cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for exporting backups and for backing up your device.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including decisions you make based on its results or a missed or late reminder.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
