By downloading or using FieldShot ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Webgrup, Türkiye ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices for lawful personal and professional purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
Free, Ad-Supported App
FieldShot is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Some optional features, such as premium stamp templates or a watermark-free PDF, can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. The Privacy Policy explains how ads and data are handled.
Accuracy of Location and Measurements
Coordinates, address, compass heading, altitude, tilt and time shown in the stamp come from your device's sensors and from third-party services. Their accuracy depends on your device, signal, weather, surroundings and settings. Addresses can be missing or wrong.
FieldShot is not a survey-grade or land-surveying instrument. We do not guarantee that any stamp, photo, video or export is accurate, complete, tamper-proof or accepted as legal evidence by any court, insurer, authority or client. You are responsible for checking the data before you rely on it for professional, legal, insurance, safety or financial decisions.
Your Content
Photos, videos, notes, projects and exports stay on your device and belong to you. You are solely responsible for them, for backing them up, and for having the rights and consents needed to capture and share them. We cannot recover content you delete or lose.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- use the app only where and how the law allows, and respect the privacy and rights of other people;
- obtain consent where the law requires it before photographing or recording people, private property or restricted areas;
- not use the app to harass, stalk or unlawfully monitor anyone, or to create misleading records;
- not use the app while driving or in any situation where it could endanger you or others.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on services from Apple, Google (maps, address lookup, AdMob) and others. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Apple Additional Terms (iOS)
If you use the iOS version, these terms are between you and Webgrup, not Apple. The use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Webgrup, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
Intellectual Property
The app, its name, design and code belong to Webgrup or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights to you except the license above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgrup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the app, including reliance on stamped data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to use the courts of your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
