By downloading or using iMote ("the App"), developed by Webgrup, you agree to these terms.
USE OF THE APP
- iMote lets you discover and control compatible Smart TVs (currently Samsung, LG, and Roku — including Roku-based TCL, Hisense, and Philips models) over your local Wi-Fi network.
- The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. There is no subscription or in-app purchase.
- You must have a compatible TV on the same Wi-Fi network as your device for the App's features to work.
NO WARRANTY The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every TV model, firmware version, or network configuration will work perfectly. Webgrup is not responsible for TV settings changed via the App, network issues, or third-party TV firmware behavior.
THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS Samsung, LG, Roku, and any streaming app names (YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify, etc.) referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners. iMote is an independent, unofficial remote control app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV manufacturer or streaming service.
ADVERTISING The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Ads never block or interrupt active remote control input.
ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the App or the TVs/networks it connects to.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgrup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
