Need help or found a bug?

[email protected] How do I log my period? On the Home screen, tap any day in the calendar to mark it as a period day; tap it again to unmark. For more detail — flow, symptoms, mood, water and weight — use Log symptoms.

How does Ivy predict my next period? Ivy looks at the period days you've marked, works out your average cycle length from the gaps between them, and projects the next start date. Ovulation and the fertile window are estimated from that. Until you've logged a couple of cycles it uses the cycle length you set during setup, so predictions get more accurate the more you log.

The predictions look wrong Check Profile — your average cycle length and period length should match your body. Also make sure the period days on the calendar are marked correctly, especially the first day of each period; that's what the calculation is anchored on. Remember that cycles naturally vary and estimates can be off.

Where is my data stored? Can you see it? Everything is stored only on your phone. There is no account and no cloud, so we never receive your data and cannot see it. See the Privacy Policy.

I forgot my PIN Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Because your data never leaves your device and there is no account, a forgotten PIN cannot be reset or recovered by us. The only way back into the app is to erase all data from the lock screen and start over.

How do I delete my data? Go to Profile → Reset all data, or simply delete the app. Both remove everything permanently.

Can I move my data to a new phone? Not yet — because data stays on the device, there's no sync. A device-to-device transfer (such as an iCloud/iPhone backup restore) may carry the app's data across.

Why do I see ads? Can I remove them? Ads are what keep Ivy completely free — there's no subscription. We deliberately keep them out of the way: a banner at the bottom, and only an occasional full-screen ad after saving an entry, with strict limits on how often it can appear.

Can I change the app's language? Ivy follows your phone's language automatically (English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian and Russian are supported). Change your phone's language and Ivy will follow.

Is Ivy a contraceptive? No. Ivy is not a medical device and not a method of contraception. Its predictions are estimates and must not be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy. Please talk to a healthcare professional.
