Lunelio Privacy Policy

Lunelio: Sun & Moon Tracker ("Lunelio", "the app") is an app that shows sun and moon times and the moon phase, published by Webgrup, Türkiye. This policy explains what data is processed when you use it.

1. No account, no server

Lunelio does not require an account, and we do not run a server that receives your data. We do not collect your name, e-mail address or any other personal information.

2. Your location stays on your device

Lunelio can ask for your location "While Using the App" to show sunrise, moonrise and other times for where you are. Approximate location is enough. All calculations are done on your device. Your location, the places you save and your settings are stored only on your device, in the app's storage that is shared with the Lunelio widgets. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not shared with advertisers or with the ad SDK. You can decline location access and still use the whole app by choosing a city or entering coordinates, and you can change the permission any time in iOS Settings. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Offline city search

The city list is built into the app (data from GeoNames, https://www.geonames.org, CC BY 4.0), so searching for a city needs no internet connection and sends nothing anywhere.

4. Widgets and notifications

The widgets read your chosen place from the app's local storage and calculate the times on the device. Reminders (for example before the golden hour, at full moon or at new moon) are local notifications scheduled on your device. The app asks for notification permission only when you turn a reminder on, and you can change it any time in iOS Settings.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Lunelio is free and shows one banner ad, served by Google AdMob. Your location and saved places are never passed to the ad SDK or to Google. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use data such as your IP address (approximate location), device and app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Google acts as an independent controller for this data; see Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Lunelio does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Lunelio does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.

6. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before ads are requested. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can review or change it in the app's Settings.

7. Your rights (KVKK and GDPR)

Because we do not hold your personal data, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google, you can use Google's tools and exercise your rights under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR. 8. Children

Lunelio is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
