Lunelio Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Lunelio: Sun & Moon Tracker ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The service
Lunelio calculates and shows the positions and times of the sun and the moon, such as sunrise and sunset, twilight, golden hour and blue hour, moon phase, moonrise and moonset, for a place you choose or allow the app to use. It is an information and photo-planning tool, not a navigation, safety, weather-forecast or timekeeping service.
2. Calculated, not guaranteed
The results are astronomical calculations, usually accurate to within a minute or two. What you actually see depends on the horizon, terrain, buildings, elevation, weather and air pressure, and the calculation is less precise near the poles. Do not rely on Lunelio where a few minutes could matter for your safety. Never look directly at the sun, with or without binoculars, a camera or a telescope; it can permanently damage your eyes.
3. Free use and advertising
The app is free, with no subscription or paid features. It shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob.
4. Reminders and widgets
Notifications and widget updates depend on iOS and your device settings (Focus modes, battery, notification permission) and may be delayed or not delivered. A missed or delayed notification, or a widget that has not refreshed yet, does not mean the data is wrong; open the app to see current times.
5. Your data and location
Your location, saved places and settings stay on your device and remain yours. We cannot recover them for you. If you delete the app, they are deleted.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
7. Open data and attribution
The built-in city list uses data from GeoNames (https://www.geonames.org), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Place names and coordinates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Report problems to [email protected].
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including decisions you make based on its results or a missed or late reminder.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
