Mahjongia — Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Webgrup ("we", "us") about your use of the Mahjongia app. By downloading or using Mahjongia, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Licence We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mahjongia on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.

Subscriptions and purchases Mahjongia is free to download. It offers optional purchases:

The price you pay is always the one the App Store shows you before you confirm.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Free trial. If you start the yearly plan with a free trial, the trial runs for one week. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts automatically to a paid yearly subscription and your Apple Account is charged. The trial is available once per Apple Account; Apple decides your eligibility, not us. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's policy, not ours. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly. If Apple refunds a purchase, the corresponding features are switched off.

Restoring. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Advertising The free version shows ads. Any subscription, or the Lifetime No Ads purchase, removes them. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

Game Center Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. We may remove scores that are obtained by modifying the app, tampering with the device clock, or otherwise cheating.

Your progress Your progress is stored on your device, not on our servers. If you delete the app, reset your device, or reset progress inside the app, that data is gone and we cannot restore it. Purchases can always be restored through Apple; progress cannot.

Acceptable use Do not use the app to break the law, and do not attempt to interfere with it or with other players' use of it.

Availability and changes We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We try to keep it working but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Disclaimer and liability Mahjongia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory consumer rights, which these terms do not affect.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

Apple Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms If these terms change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
