Terms of Use

By downloading or using Seeko: Word Search ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Webgrup, Türkiye ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract the word lists from, or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
Free, Ad-Supported Game
Seeko is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob: a banner, an occasional full-screen ad after you finish a level and an optional rewarded video for a hint. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The Privacy Policy explains how ads and data are handled. An ad may fail to load; in that case the game continues and an optional hint is still given.
Your Progress
Your progress, streak and statistics are stored only on your device. We have no account system and cannot restore them if you reset the app, delete it or lose your device without a backup. The daily puzzle and streak follow your device's local date; changing the device clock may affect them.
Puzzles and Words
The word lists are written by us in seven languages and checked by hand and by tools, but a word can still be rare, regional or missing, and spelling in the grid is simplified for some languages (for example accents are removed in the grid but shown in the word list). Puzzles are for entertainment only. Letters filled in around the words are checked against filter lists so that unwanted words are unlikely to appear, but we cannot guarantee that none ever does. Your Responsibilities
Use the app lawfully and do not try to disrupt the ads or the app. Daily results you share through the iOS share sheet are sent by you; you are responsible for where you share them.
Third-Party Services and Credits
The app relies on Google AdMob for ads and on Apple for the platform. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Filter lists of unwanted words come from LDNOOBW (List of Dirty, Naughty, Obscene, and Otherwise Bad Words, https://github.com/LDNOOBW/List-of-Dirty-Naughty-Obscene-and-Otherwise-Bad-Words), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ . We converted the lists to the grid format used by the app (uppercase, accents folded, 3 to 8 letters). LDNOOBW does not endorse Seeko.
Apple Additional Terms (iOS)
These terms are between you and Webgrup, not Apple. The use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Webgrup, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
Intellectual Property
The app, its name, design, code and our own texts and word lists belong to Webgrup or its licensors, except for third-party material under the licenses above. These terms do not transfer any rights to you except the license above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgrup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or streaks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may change or stop the app, or end your license if you breach these terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to use the courts of your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
