Terms of Service

By downloading or using Shakeo ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Webgrup, Türkiye ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or extract its recipe database in bulk, except where the law allows it.

Adults Only (18+) and Responsible Drinking

Shakeo contains alcoholic drink recipes. You must be 18 or older (or the legal drinking age in your country, if higher) to use the app. The app asks you to confirm your age; you are responsible for answering truthfully.

Please drink responsibly. Never drive after drinking, do not drink during pregnancy, and do not serve alcohol to minors. Alcohol-free recipes and an alcohol-free mode are available in the app.

Availability

The app is not offered in Türkiye or in some countries where alcohol is prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to make sure that using the app is lawful where you are.

Free, Ad-Supported App

Shakeo is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The AI features have a daily limit: a number of free uses per day, and extra uses that you can earn by watching a rewarded video ad. We may change these limits, or pause the AI features, at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how ads and data are handled.

Recipes Are for Information Only

Recipes, measurements, alcohol-by-volume estimates, substitutions and timings are provided for information and enjoyment. You are responsible for allergies, intolerances, dietary and health needs. Check every ingredient yourself, especially for allergens such as egg white, nuts, dairy and citrus, and for medicines or conditions that do not mix with alcohol. Alcohol-by-volume figures are estimates. We do not give medical, nutritional or legal advice.

AI Features

AI features are optional and need your consent. Results come from an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Ingredient recognition can misidentify items; suggestions, substitutes and imported recipes may taste different than expected or contain mistakes. Always review them before you use or serve them. Do not rely on AI results for allergen, safety or health decisions.

You must not submit content you have no right to use, unlawful content, photos of other people without their consent, or personal or confidential information. You must not try to get around the usage limits, attack the AI service, or use it for anything other than the app's features.

Your Content

Your bar, notes, own recipes, collections and backups stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for them and for backing them up. We cannot recover content you delete or lose. Imported recipes may be protected by the rights of their authors; use them only as the law and the source's terms allow.

Brands

Shakeo has no affiliation with, and is not endorsed by, any alcohol brand, bar or publisher. Any brand or trademark that appears belongs to its owner and is used only to identify products.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on services from Google (AdMob), Anthropic (AI), Apple and Cloudflare. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Apple Additional Terms (iOS)

If you use the iOS version, these terms are between you and Webgrup, not Apple. The use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Webgrup, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.

Intellectual Property

The app, its name, design, illustrations, code and recipe texts belong to Webgrup or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights to you except the license above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgrup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for any harm arising from alcohol consumption, allergic reactions or reliance on recipes or AI results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access, including to the AI features, if you breach these terms or the law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to use the courts of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
