Frequently Asked Questions How accurate are the calculations? VoltSize's panel, battery, inverter, cable, and consumption calculations are estimates based on common engineering formulas. Always consult a licensed electrician or solar installer before any real installation.
The panel angle / compass screen isn't working — what should I do? The compass and tilt meter use your phone's motion and location sensors. Make sure Location and Motion & Fitness permissions are enabled for VoltSize under Settings > Privacy. A Camera permission is also required for the live camera background.
Where is my data stored? The devices you add, your wizard progress, and your settings are stored only on your phone and never sent to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why do I see ads? VoltSize is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob.
How do I share the PDF report? Tap "Share as PDF" on the wizard results or device list screen, then choose where to send it from your phone's share sheet (WhatsApp, Mail, AirDrop, etc.).
