Yonder Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Yonder: Countdown & Widgets ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The service
Yonder lets you create countdowns and count-ups to dates and shows them in the app, in widgets and as reminders.
2. Free use and advertising
The app is free and shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob at the bottom of the event list.
3. Reminders, widgets and Live Activities
Notifications, widget updates and Live Activities depend on iOS, your device settings (Focus modes, battery, notification permission) and may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on Yonder for time-critical, legal, medical or safety-related deadlines.
4. Your content
Events and photos you add stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for backing up your device.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including a missed or late reminder.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
