Quick answers
- My widget is empty or shows no place. Open Lunelio once and choose a location (allow it, or search a city) so the widget has a place to calculate for. Then touch and hold the widget on the Home Screen and choose Edit Widget. iOS decides when widgets refresh, so changes can take a little while.
- I don't get notifications. Open iOS Settings > Notifications > Lunelio and allow notifications. Also check Focus modes, and make sure the reminder is turned on in the app's Settings.
- The app says the sun or moon does not rise or set today. That is not an error. Near the poles the sun can stay above or below the horizon all day (polar day and polar night), and on some days the moon rises once or not at all. Lunelio explains these cases instead of showing an empty time.
- The times differ by a minute or two from another app or website. Lunelio calculates on your device for your exact place. Sunrise is measured at the upper edge of the sun with atmospheric refraction; hills, buildings and weather change what you see. Golden hour is when the sun is between -4 and +6 degrees, blue hour between -6 and -4 degrees.
- I don't want to share my location. You don't have to. Choose a city from the built-in offline list or enter coordinates. Your location never leaves your device, and you can change the permission any time in iOS Settings.
